Process & Delivery
How we run projects — from first call to live production system.
10 questions answered
01
What does your project process look like?
Four stages: Discovery & Audit (we map your workflows and identify opportunities), Solution Architecture (we design the system and get your approval), Build & Iterate (two-week sprints with demos at every checkpoint), and Deploy & Scale (production launch with documentation and training).
02
How long is your discovery phase?
Typically 3–5 business days. We don’t run 6-week discovery phases. We gather what we need, propose a solution, and start building quickly.
03
Do you work in sprints or fixed-scope projects?
Both, depending on project complexity. Focused automations are often fixed-scope. Larger systems with multiple components run in two-week sprints with clear deliverables at each checkpoint.
04
How involved does our team need to be during the project?
Minimal. We typically need 2–3 hours from your team during discovery, and brief check-ins at each sprint milestone. We’re designed to work with busy operators, not require constant hand-holding.
05
What do you need from us to get started?
Access to the tools we’ll integrate with, a clear description of the process to automate, and one point of contact from your team. We’ll guide you through the rest.
06
Do you provide documentation and training?
Yes. Every deployment includes written documentation of how the system works, how to monitor it, and how to make common adjustments. We also conduct a handover session with your team.
07
How do you handle scope changes mid-project?
Small changes are absorbed where possible. Significant scope changes are scoped separately with a clear impact on timeline and cost. We’re transparent about this upfront — no surprise invoices.
08
What does ‘production deployment’ mean and what’s included?
Your system running live on reliable infrastructure, connected to your real tools and data. Includes monitoring setup, error alerting, documentation, team training, and a 30-day post-launch support window.
09
Do you provide a testing phase before going live?
Yes. Every system goes through a structured testing phase with real data before production deployment. We test edge cases, error handling, and performance before anything touches your live environment.
10
How many revision rounds are included?
Unlimited within the agreed scope. We iterate until the system works correctly. What’s not included is scope expansion — new features requested after sign-off are priced separately.
